Visits and Birthday Parties held at North Alves Holiday Park/Pet & Play are self led/free play and at no point is any childcare provided by members of North Alves Pet & Play/Holiday Park. Please ensure you have enough responsible adults to help supervise children whilst visiting onsite.
Although we love our furry pets/friends, there are no dogs permitted to be brought onsite whilst visiting North Alves Pet & Play/Holiday Park for visits/Birthday parties.
Please be aware, we are an animal farm based activity which can sometimes get muddy. Please dress appropriately for the environment and weather conditions.
During your time with us, there is the opportunity for the children to take part in a 15 minute animal petting session. After this session/after any contact with our animals, it is the parents/carers responsibility to ensure that everyone washes their hands with soap and water at the designated hand washing station/toilet blocks immediately after any contact with animals and particularly before using play equipment and eating/drinking. Please ensure you read the guidance issued on Health risks associated with visitng animal/farm based activities.
Birthday Parties - Parties must be booked in advance. Non refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking party. A minimum of 10 children/maximum of 20 children. Minimum of 10 party guests (children) applies to all of our birthday parties, so please be advised you will be charged for a minimum of 10 children attending, even if less are booked/attend party. Final numbers attending must be finalised and remaining payment must be made 7 days prior to party date. Please be advised after this time/once numbers have been finalised there will be no refunds issued.
